The star of this session was this absolutely ADORABLE sweet baby girl! How beautiful is she?! For these light and airy family photos we opted for my secret beach spot near St. Augustine Beach, Florida. I love to document my client's stories here, and an added plus aside from the beautiful rocks is that it is completely private! Privacy during a family session without distraction is a must.

Mom did great at coordinating the clothing for their family session at the beach. At sunrise, there will most likely be lots of light and wide open spaces, so a light and airy vibe works best. You can achieve light and airy in many ways, but I always gravitate towards the more muted tones like whites and creams, with a pop of pale blue or even rust works well.

For these family photos, I love the pastel dress Mom chose for her little love from Hope and Henry. I cannot say enough about this brand, and I absolutely adore the pale pink stripes in this dress! And those bows, pre-tied and sewed on - so easy! I'm not a fan of tying and retying bows at a photo shoot, or on my own littles, so I love that this dress already has that taken aspect of getting ready taken care of. This particular dress comes in a variety of colors and patterns - suited for all types of photo sessions.

My very favorite thing about this coastal portrait session is the love that you can clearly see between this family of three, especially for their first born baby girl. The sun rising above the water, shining through their smiles, resonates in the photographs we were able to capture on this beautiful spring morning.
