I've had the pleasure of working with this beautiful family years now! It's an honor to be able to document their family as they grow, and I was thrilled when they opted for the beach this year! I have a special beach spot that is my absolute favorite to photograph sunset family beach sessions so I knew just the place.

One of my favorite things about this family portrait session was the beautiful clothing Mom chose for everyone, especially when coupled with that gorgeous backlight we were blessed with that night. Perfection! And I loved little sis's flower crown. It was the perfect compliment to go with her and Mom's mauve clothing!

When I photograph a family on the beach, I always like to incorporate a few landscape images for them to keep in addition to their family portraits. Here in Saint Augustine Beach, we have plenty of those beautiful pastel-hued skies so including a few images in every gallery is a must!

Candids are great, but who doesn't love a good looking-at-the-camera shot, right?! I loved this smiley moment between Mama and her only daughter. I have a daughter myself, and I just cherish all things "just us girls".

This sunny backlit shot of baby sis' walking down the beach with her flower crown was sunset portrait session perfection.

One of those landscape shots I always try to include in my beach portrait sessions. Sunset that evening here in St. Augustine was just gorgeous!

A smiling portrait of all siblings is also a must during family sessions!
