WHAT COLORS PHOTOGRAPH BEST?

This is another question I'm asked often and honestly, I love neutrals! As you can see below, I've also included a few colors in the mix but it's very subtle. For the coast, we're tempted to go with blues or deep navy's, and lighter blue is OK, but I always tend to tell clients to stay away from going too dark with their beach colors. Especially at sunrise. Sunrise is meant for backlit sun, texture, and nice, clean golden light - it is the Golden Hour after all! So you'll want to keep it simple and classic.

WHAT TO WEAR FOR YOUR SUNRISE FAMILY PHOTOS AT THE BEACH

Think layered textures, crochet, linens, breathable cottons. Gauzy and flowy. Sunrise is actually a great time even to break out a bathing suit and an open knit cover up! But if you're wanting a more traditional look, a timeless pair of white skinny jeans and a tank with a vintage kimono is another of my go-to's. I've compiled a few options for the family below.
