This weekend I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon in my Jacksonville home newborn studio with Baby A. What a little doll. Mama wanted to bring her into the studio to assure we captured some of her wonderful little faces. Studio newborn sessions are perfect for documenting your littlest loves in a more controlled environment.

Having just had a baby last year, I know firsthand how much effort goes into a newborn photo session on the client's side, so with all of my portrait sessions, I make sure to take the time and attention each newborn needs, and to ask my mamas their preference, whether it's an organic timeless newborn photo they'd like, or perhaps a little more relaxed and lifestyle.

I loved at the end of the session that we were able to capture a nice giant yawn <3
